Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with System Specialists to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Build trust and rapport with customers and prospects in person and be their main technical point of contact throughout the process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations in Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure, Amazon AWS, Windows Servers (Domain Controllers, Database Servicers, Application Servers, Web Servers and Fax Servers) and Email Security Gateways that address today’s most pressing cyber threats.
- Use RMM Tools (Connectwise Automate, Kaseya) to understand common issues with clients and pitch efficient and effective solutions.
- Work closely with customer/prospect security staff for technical discovery, as well as planning, execution and wrap up of Proof-of-Concept (POC) and Production Evaluations for security or industry-specific solutions.
- Configure and modify cybersecurity product solutions encompassing Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortigate, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper), Linux based systems, Cloud Server Architecture, Virtual Environmental technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and XenServer. System configurations have to adhere to HIPAA compliance and other industry standards.
- Provide technical training, and support to clients in resolving security related problems in their workstation and mobile systems including deployment Next General Endpoint Protection with EDRs such as VMWare Carbon Black, Sentinel One and CrowdStrike.
- Skilled at determining root cause analysis efficiently and effectively and propose efficient solutions.
- Provide valuable customer insight and real-world experiences to IT Director, IT Service Manager and CTO to help deliver best solutions to our existing clients and new clients. Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. Solutions need to include adherence to HIPAA and practical implementations of the compliancy.
- Mentor new team members in multiple areas including technical skills, problem-solving procedures, solution standards, sales process, and relationship management with both customers and account managers.Develop and deliver training presentations in product/solution usage and best practices for secure environments.
- Contribute across all corporate communication channels, write and help upkeep internal documentation and training in ticketing system, base system policies for RMM and EDR for clients and industry best practices.
- Help develop solutions to common challenges in Healthcare and other industry workspaces (including remote working) and establish processes within the organization. Solutions may include, but not limited to, existing or planned new EMR systems, PACS and DICOM systems and custom vendor software.
- Represent the company attending trade shows and seminars to learn about industry developments or to promote products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Cyber Security or Cyber Security Engineering PLUS, one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in an IT related position working on cybersecurity management using RMMs, Anti-Virus, Email Security, etc. and includes EMRs and PACS/DICOMs modules. Must have one (1) year experience in infrastructure tools such as RMMs, network and hardware diagnostics. Must have one (1) year of experience working with HIPAA-compliant industries.
